Sawing.

We have 3 computer-controlled saws that cut with great precision.

From a single piece to a full series

Edging.

In our bespoke department we bond ABS edges with water-resistant PU glue, and mill and edge both straight and complex shapes. This guarantees a fast, precise and durable finish.

Panel thickness: max. 60 mm (straight, round and other shapes).
Minimum panel thickness: 8 mm for ABS < 1 mm and 12 mm for ABS > 1 mm.
Edge strip thickness: 0.4 to 2 mm (thicker on request).
Edge strip width: up to 64 mm wide

CNC machining.

Milling, profile milling, groove milling, surface milling, hole milling, drilling: our bespoke department completes your professional project from start to finish.

Besides sawing, bonding and edging, our bespoke department also carries out milling, drilling and many other operations. Everything for a perfectly finished bespoke project.
