HPL Acoustic Doors
Acoustic doors with HPL (High Pressure Laminate) finish combine sound insulation with a highly wear-resistant, easy-to-maintain and aesthetically pleasing exterior surface. This type of door is popular in utility buildings, cultural spaces, care facilities, schools, and hotels.
Acoustic performance
Rw values usually range between Rw 38 dB (good sound insulation) and Rw 45 dB (very good sound insulation), depending on the door’s construction.
Durable HPL finish
HPL stands for High Pressure Laminate, consisting of paper layers impregnated with resin and pressed under high pressure. The benefits are:
- Wear and scratch resistant
- Hygienic and easy to clean
- Stain-resistant and chemical-resistant
- Available in many colours, patterns or wood designs
Acoustic HPL doors are often used in environments with high traffic or strict hygiene requirements.
Fire resistance
Our acoustic fire-resistant HPL doors comply with European classification EI30 and EI60, offering 30 or 60 minutes of fire resistance.
